RIDE 4 Fan Site operates this website to publish fan-oriented information about motorcycles, tracks, racing features and gameplay guides related to RIDE 4, and to provide a practical way for visitors to send questions or guide suggestions. We take a careful and limited approach to personal information.
This website is primarily an informational fan resource. It does not include an online payment system, customer account portal, or automated checkout. Most personal information we receive comes from people who choose to submit a message through the contact form published on the site.
Please read this policy together with our Terms, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. If anything in this policy is unclear, use the contact form described in the final section.
In this policy, "RIDE 4 Fan Site", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this independent fan-made website and the contact form published on it.

This Privacy Policy applies to:
• personal information you choose to provide when you submit a message through this website;
• limited technical information that may be processed when you visit this website, including information related to font loading from Google Fonts;
• questions you ask about privacy, cookies, or the content of this site.
This policy does not apply to websites operated by other organisations, even if you reach them through a link from our pages.
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as:
• your name;
• your email address;
• the content of your message, including a subject, a topic and any details you choose to include;
• any other details you choose to include so that we can understand and respond to your message.
We do not require you to create an account to read the website. We do not ask for payment card details, passwords, activation keys or account credentials through this website.
This website is largely static. It does not include a separate analytics script operated by RIDE 4 Fan Site. A small script on each page only changes the appearance of the navigation bar when you scroll. That script does not store a cookie and does not create a user profile. The inquiry form script only handles on-page validation and status messaging.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page being viewed, according to Google's own policies. RIDE 4 Fan Site does not control Google's systems.
We use personal information for the following purposes:
• to respond to questions and guide suggestions about this website;
• to understand which RIDE 4 topic you are writing about;
• to keep records of communications where that is reasonably needed to follow up on a message;
• to improve the clarity of this website based on recurring questions, without publishing your personal details;
• to handle privacy requests or complaints.
We do not use this website to sell personal information. We do not operate a newsletter signup on these pages. We do not use personal information from messages to create public testimonials without a separate, clear request and your agreement.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited situations, such as:
• with service providers who help us operate email, hosting, or similar technical tools, and only as needed for those tools to work;
• if disclosure is required by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority;
• if disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of a person or to address a serious technical or security issue.
We keep message details only as long as reasonably needed to respond and to maintain a basic record of the conversation. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we aim to delete or de-identify it where practical.
You may choose not to submit the contact form. If you have already sent a message and wish to ask about correction or deletion of the personal details you provided, use the contact form and clearly describe your request.
This website is intended as a general fan information resource. It is not directed at collecting personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the form, contact us so we can review the message.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when a revision is published.
Messages sent through this website reach RIDE 4 Fan Site only. They do not create an account and do not reach the game’s developers or publishers.
Use the Contact page, call +27 11 771 2721, or email [email protected] to send a privacy-related question.
